Baximus was managing multiple restaurant brands, years of documents, and complex opening plans. The work brought SharePoint content into an organized Notion foundation, with document search, intake, and selected files converted for native editing.
A linked project structure brought 158 tasks into one place. Hands-on sessions helped the team use its company context to find information and prepare documents. Follow-on work added branded document tools and developed a personal morning briefing as the team’s needs evolved.
